We collect the information you submit through our contact form: your name, work email, company, country, application/segment (optional), the content of your message and your request preferences (technical datasheet and/or sample). This information is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to facilitate the business or scientific relationship you initiate.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

4. Recipients and data processors

We use the following service providers acting as data processors on our behalf: Vercel, Inc. (United States), which provides website hosting, and Formspree, Inc. (United States), which processes contact-form submissions. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards under the GDPR. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, thereafter, for the period required to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability by writing to info@marenostrumtech.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
